Curious how I make these tiles?
First I collect the flowers and leaves from around my home. Then I press them, then scan the best pressing, to create a digital image for my computer, then print out ceramic decals. The decals are printed with ceramic glaze, rather than inks. This allows me to apply to decals to the ceramic tiles, then kiln-fire them to 2100 degrees, sealing the design into the ceramic tile glaze for a permanent design. They are suitable for everything from shower floors to kitchen backsplashes and are also UV light resistant, so you can decorate your patio and pool with these! Anywhere you need waterproof, washable art, these tiles are perfect for that. Or frame them in 6" x 6" floating frames for a gorgeous wall display.
