All the originals of these paintings were created with alcohol inks. In person you'll experience the intricate layers of translucent details that alcohol inks allow you to create. There is a lot of visual texture, motion, and emotion in the pieces. I hope you love the paintings as much as I enjoyed creating them!

A winter sunset in late December. The original painting was with watercolor and alcohol inks. This is the view from my front yard at around 5:30pm in late December. I could only see the one bright planet in the dark purple-blue sky. Painting bare winter tree branches is a constant theme in my life.
